4.1 Compliance: Users of the Bot must adhere to the terms of service and community guidelines set forth by Discord, top.gg, and Discord Bots. Any violation of these platforms' rules is strictly prohibited.
5. DISCLAIMERS
5.1 No Warranty: The Bot is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.
5.2 Limitation of Liability: "ed(itor)" shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
6. MODIFICATIONS
"ed(itor)" reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Bot or any part thereof, with or without notice.
7. PRIVACY
By using the Bot, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with "ed(itor)'s" Privacy Policy.
8. TERMINATION
"ed(itor)" may terminate or suspend your access to the Bot, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil.
